BATERISTA BRASILEIRO INICIA GRAVAÇÕES DE DOCUMENTÁRIO NA BAHIAApós nove anos seguidos em Los Angeles, o baterista santista Gus Conde (da banda californiana de metal ODUM) retorna ao Brasil para divulgar seus projetos profissionais aos amantes da música pesada. No momento, Gus está em Salvador, na Bahia, para dar início às filmagens de um documentário próprio sobre ritmos brasileiros. Nesta terça-feira (15), o músico se reuniu com membros do grupo Olodum no Pelourinho. O curta será lançado nos Estados Unidos e Europa no próximo ano. Gus passará alguns meses no Brasil também para ministrar oficinas de bateria. Ele desenvolveu desde 2006 um programa especial de treinamento chamado "H.I.T.", que foi criado para trabalhar resistência, ambidestridade e mostrar que velocidade pode – e deve – ser acompanhada de precisão técnica. O programa consiste na divisão do tempo em rounds de minutos de exercícios pré-determinados, que são executados com o metrônomo. Uma das conquistas mais recentes de Gus foi a apresentação no "American Music Awards", um dos principais prêmios da música norte-americana. A convite da cantora pop Rihanna, ele a acompanhou na percussão, tornando-se o primeiro brasileiro a tocar na premiação. Gus também integra o Made in Bahia em Los Angeles, grupo de música brasileira. ANIMATIONS presents new video "Slowly Die Inside" - from upcoming 3rd album!!!"Slowly Die Inside" is the title od new single from upcoming 3rd album by progressive metal band Animations. The song was recorded at Sonic Maze Studios in December 2010. Mixing duties were handled by Kuba Dębski, mastering was done by Grzegorz Piwkowski (Riverside & Behemoth among others) at Warsaw's High End Audio.
